I recently bought a cheap thorton 2200 cpu (454 Nkr /64.8914$ )

As I was checking if it was multiplier locked, I set my NFs-7 fsb to 200 , and multi to 10. Smart.... Left all voltages default... Off course, its locked, and boots at 13,5 * 200....

The strange thing is that it actually booted at this speed, not throug windows, but it posted fine.

I do not have the perfect cooling system (GlacialTech silent breeze with 2x 80mm fans ducted into it) and I am wondering on some things:

Voltages: thorton safe range? is 1.8 ok? can I go higher?

Temps: What temp is safe with this cpu?

Soft clocking : If I do the L5 mod to enable mobile barton and voltage and speed regulation via cpumsr , will this work on my Nforce based board?

The L2 mod to enable extra cache, anyone with experiences or successrate?

Finally, any one else tried over clocking this type of cpu? Your stable oc at what volt... and temps...

I am curently running at 2444 mhz and 1,65 v, max temp under load is 46 celcius i think.
