This the IC7-MAX3 good for me?

Ok, so say i'm not gonna overclock. Am i better off getting some other mobo over the IC7-MAX3... Assuming i would use all the features of the IC7-MAX3. just no over clock.. is it worth it?

The Max3 is a great board with lots of features. Get it if you want to spend the money. Later if you want to overclock your porcessor, you'll have the board to do it.
