Craiglist. I nearly always toss last-gen consoles, video cards, phones, etc. on there for dirt cheap and I don't seem to be alone. That seems to be the way to go when someone wants to get some quick cash and they don't care about waiting months for the maximum $.
The going rate around here seems to be $200, but there are at least a couple that are in the $120-150 range.
