The goal is to cool down the inside of the system, its running to hot. Looking to cut in a 120mm fan on the right side of the case and have the air flow exit the left side where the pre-cut holes are.

anywho, i've mocked up the right side of the case for a 120mm fan and it should fit fine. In theory, since the system has no intake fans this should improve the cpu temps and the video card, which may happen in the future. I can't find any posting on any forums of people who did this with a 200n or N1. I'm not worried about cutting, just screwing up the air flow to the processor. I don't want to make things worse or have no affect.
 
While you do want more exhaust than intake, having no intake at all minimizes your airflow direction as well.
