anyways i found this card on pricewatch
http://www.buycyberpc.com/ra9612ddragt.html

y so cheap? or is it just missing some features

thanx for any advice in advance

If 70 is your price point, try a GF4 4200. If you can spend more, take a close look at a 9600 pro.

well i just ordered it... i figured with 325MHz/392Mhz and 8x and 128Mb (i now have 64) and says a refreshrate of 85Hz ? it cant be a bad deal for the $

now i have a question.... i have always ran 60mhz refresh rate cuz if i set it up it would blur. i figured it was the monitor that was shity... with this card can i run it at 85hz

thanx

DEAR GOD MAN SEND IT BACK!

9600se < ti4200

=-/

i actually had a similiar problem with the monitor myself. went away with the video card. currently at 85hz

dont be fooled by the product name, ninety whatever hundred. i thought the 8500 was still a better than 9600se

now i feel dumb :/

i know this is the H forum (i used to be on here a lot posting all day for a year or so name was Mon3y) but are you bassing this on bentchmarks or what?

anyways then what would u get for 70$? it looked like the best deal for 70 to me... maybe i could spend 80 maybe even 85 but no more

thanx again for all yalls input

looks like a good site but what good is the info to me if the #'s dont mean anything?

for just a tad bit more i would buy this and it would hand the 9600SE it's own ass:p as 64bit is just a no go for gaming.;)

Well since I just got an extra 9800 pro for my old gaming rig cheap..I'll sell your my Gainward Gold ti4600 that oc's like a champ for $95 if you want to go that route pm me.

Ack I replied again on accident somehow 30mins later now It refuses to let me delete it

i was under the impression that ati was where its at for picture quality and performance?

does 8x really make a dif? i know there isnt much of a dif from 2x to 4x

d0pe are you paying attention to ANY of the replies?

everyone has said time and time again that a GF4 ti4200 would be your best route to go....someone even offered a ti4600 for $95.....still you have it stuck in your head that the bottom line of ATI cards are ultr4 $uper ieet0

if you ask for everyones opinion in the forums and you dont acknowledge these highly recommended opinions, why even bother asking in the first place?

and how is a reseller rating below 2 (on a scale of 10) good to you?
