I'm looking at the F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK 2GB PC6400 kit on this page

Planning to pair it with a DS3 and an E6400.
There are several 2GB PC6400 kits on that page and this is the cheapest? I suppose that means this kit proably won't do much more than 800mhz? That's ok for me as I plan to run my pc at 400mhz fsb and the RAM at 2*fsb.
Any reason not to get this RAM?
