This PSU good enough for this setup?

FSP Epsilon.. out of spec ripple.

Don't bother. Try something else, Ultra X3 1000w, Silverstone Olympia 1000w, hell even an X-Pro 750 or Olympia 650 will be perfect, and not too expensive.

What's wrong with it? I already own it, and didn't want to buy a new PSU if it wasn't definitely needed.

+1.

It isn't a bad PSU, there are just way better ones.

Your dumping $3,000 into a new rig, what is an extra $200 for a great PSU?

QFT. The PSU is one component that it would be in your best interest not to skimp out on (if you can help it that is...)

PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750. Single rail, plenty of amps, watts, all that good stuff. Not loud (though I hear their 1000 watt supplies are very loud) and reliable. ~$200
