This PSU any good?

What are you powering? A small city? ;)

Seriously, that PSU is actually the same guts as Silverstone's 650W. They just lowered the total wattage output to compensate for the potential voltage drop at higher wattages due to the modular interface.

Quad rails is quite overkill, but if it's in your budget... why not?
 
arrrggghhh...i just bought the thing for 159 at performancepcs. its a great psu tho, works w/ dfi ultra-d jsut fine.

Yes.. But Performance-PC's will give you un-rivaled customer service, and you're supporting the little guy. Buying a PSU from Newegg is like buying a bicycle from Walmart. :D
