I am glad the the SMP linux client made me take a good hard look at lunix. I have realized how easy it is to use and how much i like it!!!11one!1!
 
wow, think of the repurcussions if this is released sometime during the ramp up raffle. i for one will be able to run SMP client on 3 systems not counting the number of borgs.
 
I've so hosed up my nix boxes... I'm scare to go look at them anymore. Not clue if/how/what they be folding....

Hahaha! I thought you had turned it off for security reasons, and I hadn't been checking it!

This is pretty exciting. Hopefully, it'll improve the lackluster ppd coming off my P4 Xeon, and at the same time I'll get individual units back faster to Stanford.

Symmetric MultiProcessor. A single client that runs on multiple cores/processors and produces boatloads of points. As in 1000+ppd on a dual core or dual-processor box.
 
Only folders w/ large penises so your out K*. Just to me sure thou, PM a penis pic to Moose for confirmation.

Runs on either platform.
 
Maybe I will have to upgrade to linux after i get done with my tax program for the year, or else figure out a dual boot *sigh*
