My WLAN card is blocking my 6850's fan a little bit, otherwise this upgrade turned out fine. :D

I was going to post more pics but my crappy camera ran out of triple-a batteries (that's how old it is) and I don't have any spare. I need to get a new one with a rechargable li-ion battery or whatever they use nowadays.
 
No problem there. Plenty of room for airflow. As long as your Wifi card has a decent chipset that doesn't mind getting hot, you shouldn't have any issues.
