I like the idea of using the hot water for things around the house. Can you imagine a future where each home has a computer that runs the house hold, and also heats your shower and swimming pool?
 
Hey, I can hook my CPU into the central heating, time to get a quad core to keep the room warm :D







psst just kidding, it heats the air just as well :)
Its a good idea though for IBM to recoup some of the running costs and save wasting energy.
