So Im running 8X450 for 3.6....I had it at 9x400, but the higher memory frequency seems to be a bit snappier..anyway, whats up with the system view?..4.0???

I know its wrong, but it just seems strange :)

If I read the cpu-z picture right you have a multiplier of 8. Windows doesn't see that so its going with the default of 9. 450x9 =4.05GHZ.

If he's running XP he doesn't need to download anything save the Royal Noire theme. It's actually signed by Microsoft, so you don't need a modded uxtheme.dll or anything.
