I really dont know where else to post this so here it is. Is anyone else having trouble accessing their hotmail/msn live beta email accounts? I havent been able to check my email in 2 days...the website just hangs on the loading screen

Mine works fine and i even checked 1 min before posting this. Did you try to flush the browser cache and retry ?
