This a good place to buy a computer?

I stumbled on to this site and the price is incredible. They can build a better computer for me with free shipping cheaper than I can build it. Also it has a 3 year warranty and lifetime tech support. What does everyone think? Are they reputable?

The way I view companies like that, and keep in mind that we have not reviewed their systems yet...is that they are parts wholesalers who integrate the parts before shipping it to you. There's really no 'value-add' and their competitive advantage is focused on price.

It's a commodity business model that Dell has perfected in the mainstream, and I'd be interested in reviewing how well they do it.
