Thinking of upgrading from a Dell 2405FPW...

Greetings,

Roughly a year ago, after HP delivered 3 flawed 23" LCDs, I finally demanded a refund and bought my 24" dell 2405FPW at about 60% of the advertised price on Dell's website (I actually called Dell, then did all sortsa transfers in their system to order it from a Dell rep in India... the monitor shipped from the USA though. I believe it was from this forum that I got that info.), which has been spifftacular.

However, I'm thinking about getting a new monitor... something around 30" and widescreen, ideally. Is there a definitive king amongst the 30 inchers? If so, any damn good deals floating around? I'd not want to pay much more than $1000.

I'm considering the same upgrade from the same monitor and have opted for the 3007 HC version myself.

I would not go with the Westy, but to one of th 2560 30"'s that suits your fancy.
