I have no experience with water cooling, but just read the watercooling sticky here, very informative. My first of many questions is, I want to cool my cpu, video card (soon to be sli so 2 video cards) and possibly my northbridge (not sure if that is possible with my motherboard). Can I do this all in one loop? Or do I need to run 2 of everything? Am not sure if I could do 2 video cards and cpu etc all in a row and be effective.

You can do it in one loop if you have the right equipment. But for an SLI setup I would personally probably create a second loop for the cards.
