Hi, I am a n00b at the best stuff in watercooling and what to avoid so I came here. I'm really looking for a good setup that will cool my cpu mainly, and maybe my RAM. What would be the best thing for me? Under $200-250 would be best!!.

Do some more research at places like Overclockers.com, Procooling.com, etc. Because you're a fellow student who's probably bored like me already this summer, here's a simple, high performing setup:

Danger Den TDX/D5 combo: $109 (under Special Deals)
Black Ice Pro2 or Black Ice Xtreme2: $36 (BIP2)/$58 (BIX2)
2x120mm fans (your choice, do your research)
10' of Clearflex 60 or 10' of 7/16"id-5/8"od tubing: $10-$20
T-line or reservoir (research): $2-$20
Distilled h2o, biocide, hoseclamps, etc.: $20-$20
Total: can be under $200 with a little planning
If you want gpu cooling as well, then add a Maze4 low profile + some ramsinks.
