Thinking about selling my system...

and getting a shuttle.

The SB81P, to be more specific. The reason I want that model is because it has room for three hard drives, which is important to me.

So this is my current system, which I would sell:

Lian-Li PC-65B
PC Power & Cooling Turbo Cool Deluxe 425 Watt
Abit IC7-G
2.8C
2 x 512 Mushkin PC3500 Level II
Zalman 7000 Al-Cu
BBA Radeon 9800 Pro
Audigy ZS
Samsung SM352 DVD-ROM/CD-RW

and the following extras for the Lian-Li case:
2 stealth covers for CD-ROM drives, stealth floppy cover, 4 x 80mm Panaflo ultra quiet fans

and I would buy the following

Shuttle SB81P
Intel 3.0 socket 775
2 x 512MB Crucial Ballistix
Geforce 6600GT

items I would bring over from my current system:

Western Digital 74GB Raptor
2 x Western Digital 250GB SATA Drives
NEC-2500A
Hauppauge PVR-350

I figured it all up and I would probably comeout just about even in terms of money. I would be giving up a floppy (although I could hook one up for special cases) and my Audigy soundcard, but gaining portability, faster video card, and a slight CPU boost.

Thoughts or comments?

Nice but I'm not sure the shuttle cases can support so many devices (not enough power) for 3 HDs, a P4, and a 9800Pro. Just my 2 cents.

Well the SB81P has a 350 Watt PSU and is designed to hold all this stuff.

And it would be a Geforce 6600GT, not a 9800 Pro - not that it matters.
