I'm thinking about building a new PC soon and I want a new case or at least a better one. I have a few requirements as well.

Sleek design, something black glossy or flat black and or white (with flat color or think apple computer glossy)

no side windows (I'm tired of seeing my 5 year old pc all japped out)

no neon lights shining anywhere

120mm fans are utilized in its design

Quiet case. Maybe some matting preinstalled to quiet noise or point me in the direction of making the case sound dampining (sp?)
 
I'm looking for a nice midtower. I have no need for a full tower. I'll probably put a dvd rom drive in computer and thats it so a lot of bays would be useless for me. I'd build a shuttle if I wouldn't be pressed for space with a gaming graphics card and 4 gigs of memory that I plan to put in it. That case is pretty slick though. I dunno about all the fans its has though. Wouldn't that add to a ton of noise? I'm going for a super silent design with this PC. I'll turn on the computer when I first buy the case to see how its sound is but if its to loud for me then i'm axing the fans for more silent solutions. Also can the IO panel in the front where the bays are be removed? I don't care for IO panels at all and usually have a keyboard with a USB adapter in it so its useless for me to have front input jacks and the like. My speaker controller I plan to get is also going to have a headphone jack so thats all I would ever need.

So soft mounting of HDDs is mandatory, damping material can only lower HDD vibration induced noise so it's better to prevent that in first place. (damping/sound absorbtion material is "last touch", not cure)
And instead of hundred and one holes all over the case leaking noise it should have well controlled airflow without unnecessary direct noise escape paths.

Antec P-series is made as quiet.
And Lian Lis definitely fit to your no nonsense design requirement, but they're rather expensive if your budget is limited.
 
I'm thinking that I like the first cast posted the most. The IO ports are on the top of the case and most likely the PC will be on the desk and not on the floor so I won't see them when sitting down. If I have to look at them its no biggie I guess. It has cable management on the inside and I like the bottom vent for the PSU and the behind motherboard cooling fan for the CPU. I'll try it with the stock fans in it but I'm going to try and find a new fan for the led one in the front. I've got a while before I build my pc so I'll think it over. Thanks for the help guys.
