Can it be done on a 730 dollar budget? I dont know the best ways to spend that money.
 
yeah you can do that. probably not a great gaming computer or multimedia computer but for basic internet/word processing you can. it will be a good learning experience
 
what do you do normally? i.e. game, word processing, internet, rip music, etc.?
