I've had my PC Power and Cooling 750w for about three years now. I'm debating moving over to a Seasonic X650 Gold. Would I really save that much money on my electric bill to make the switch worthwhile? At what point should I start to be concerned with reliability with my current psu? How often do you guys switch out power supplies?

Plus it looks like a sexy psu.

You will save very little with a new SeaSonic PSU compared to your current PCP&C PSU because the PC's components typically don't draw the full capacity of either PSU. However, after about three years the PSU's output begins to deteriorate so that the PCP&C 750W does not quite output the full 750W under load. Hence, it is recommended to change out the PSU every four to five years (or every one to two years if your PSU is relatively crappy).

If saving electricity is the main concern, switching probably wouldn't help much at all.
But switching out is good every few years.
