Think this lil PSU can do it?

So my friend wants to do a really cheap build and plans using this PSU. I warn him to get a better PSU but he already has it. What do you guys think?

Specs:
-Intel e2180 (maybe OC it to 3.0GHz)
-ASUS P5KPL-AM
-2x1GB DDR2-800
-250GB Samsung SATAII
-Samsung DVD-/+RW

He will be using the motherboard's onboard videocard or this cheap 5500FX card he has sitting in the closet.

For a while, I had an Antec Earthwatts 380w running dual 8800gs graphics cards with an AMD BE-2400 cpu, it could even overclock it to 3.0ghz. :D Also have used a different Earthwatts 380w to power a Q6600 overclocked to 3.0ghz. I don't think the "Basiq" series are as good as the "Earthwatt" series - but I still think that 350w psu will be fine.

The Basiqs last I checked were made by FSP. Their reliability/low failure rate is actually amongst the very best. It'll handle it with ease. By the way, I suggest he just use the onboard video. The FX5500 may actually be slower. Also, at least he'll get some hardware video acceleration with DVDs on the x3100. That -- and the 5500 probably won't fit since it's AGP (unless he has the PCI version - yikes).
