.. well at least my PSU.

Was OC'ing my video card [9800 Pro] and while running 3D Mark, my computer shut off entirely, and has since not turned back on. I have a plain jane 325W PSU.. this is what it runs:

2600+, 1gb ram, 120gb, 200gb, DVD-RW, CD-RW, Floppy, sound card, NIC card, and my 9800 P.

Everything was going great until I cranked up the Core and Memory clocks on the card. I ran the 3D mark once, and it ran fine, then ran it again and that's when it turned off.

Does this sound like a PSU problem? Thanks for any help you provide.

This is a problem even if you aren't OCing. You need a PSU that has minimal voltage deviations, which helps stability.
 
Overclocking does suck more juice and makes it alittle unstable if you don't have a good powersupply. Try to get another powersupply (Antec truepower (400+ Watts)) and see if that fixes it.
 
Aight, thanks for the help! I just ordered a new 400W PSU.. I am sure that has to be the problem. Maybe I should be careful on the overclocking too..
