Thin-ITX build for under $300?

I have found several combos boards/CPUs/RAM, but I cannot seem to figure out Chassis & PSU.

I was going to buy an Apple TV 2...until i saw they were going for $300 on ebay. So I figured why not try to build something of similar size for a similar price.

I have basically no requirements for components other than size and price. I looked at the NUC but by the time I add SSD & RAM I am way over $300.

Looking at ITX + i3-3225.
Thin-ITX looks promising because it has power built into the board, but I cant really seem to find any cases for it, Nor do i see any fanless coolers. Nor information on how to pick/purchase the right power brick....so I am a little lost.

Old Dell Latitude Laptop Power Supply (This didn't come with the motherboard)

My build went over $300 though, but just wanted to throw that case and cooler out there for you.
