using pc wizard i idel at high 30s low 40s. idk about my load temps.
 
on ntune is system the mobo? because that says 36. and it seems full idel on pcwizard is 41-43.

It's impossible to know without knowing your room temperature.
Also, there are subjective differences in heatsinks/cooling solutions and what is normal for each. "30s low 40s" is icy cold if you're in the Mojave desert in an un-air conditioned car.
