DD has some shrouds for the PA series but not the HE series is there a diffrence between these two radiators that would make the shrouds non compatiable to one another? Thank for the help.

They are different. Call DD and see. I know a guy who got the HE shroud to fit the PA with a mod or 2, don't know if the PA shroud will fit the HE though.
 
You're alreday online, why not go to the manufacture website?

HE Series - Optimised for Fans with an individual CFM Output of 100CFM or More

Rev3 - No longer requires individual shrouds per fan - fan mounts now integral to the radiator sidewalls.
