I'm looking for some fans I can install in my HTPC cabinet that will turn on when it gets warm (85 or so)

Any recommendations? The reason I want it to turn on and off, is because I dont need it 24 7 and I dont want to have to turn it on when it needs to be on.

I have recently (Today) found a fan I'm going to use, SilenX Effizio Thermistor EFX-12-15T 120mm Case Fan. However, I'm not sure how I want to power this fan, since it will be in my cabinet with my electronics, the only thing that will for sure be on is my receiver, as other devices will change.

Is there a way to tight into the Pioneer A/V Receiver for power?

Please keep in mind, I'm a programmer not and electrician.

I've done additional research and found a Thermaltake Mobile Fan 12 External USB Cooling Fan but I'm not sure if my receiver will power it when the receiver powers on. I suppose I could order 4? (Dish DVR, Xbox, Wii U and Boxee Box), but that seems like a waste.
