Thermaltake XaserIII Front E-led question

I have a Xaser3 1000a case and the front "Thermaltake" light stopped working. I see the cord plugged into a small square box either an Inverter or Voltage regulator in the case. I stuck a multimeter on one of the leads coming out of this and got 0 Volts DC and 0 AC. I'm assuming this is bad.
Is there a way to get a replacement?
If not does anyone know the specs (Volts, Amps)?

Thank You,
-Brian
