Looks exactly as the original one just with the pipes split so it goes to two cards. Your better off gettin two good heatsinks than that.

fan's about the size of the one on an ATI stock cooler, finned area is about the same size as the one on an ATI stock cooler. an ATI stock cooler doesn't give good temps at good noise levels. putting water in between the GPU and the copper doesn't help things. you figure it out.

the smaller tidewater does a better job of cooling the 1900 than the stock sink. But for dual gfx... I wouldn't go with a tide water.
