ThermalTake SubZero4G CPU cooler?

I am thinking about buying the ThermalTake SubZero4G CPU cooling unit. I have a P4 running at 3.4 w/o OC. I am also using the Abit IC7-G mobo with 1GB of DDR400 RAM. I have 7 case fans (5 intake and 2 exhaust). My idle temp is around 49C and my system temp idle is around 32C. Is this a good cooler to purchase? Is the installation easy?

i'm sure its a good cooler but what are u trying to do overclock cause your system seems to be fine now.

I don't plan on overclocking yet, I play a lot of high end games such as BF1942, Call of Duty, Unreal 2004, Medal of Honor. I want this thing to remain fairly cool.

well, the SubzeroG is at best a decent TEC with a cheap PSU and a medicore heatsink, at worst a cheap marketing ploy. If it really was particularly good, you would need to put crap on your mobo to prevent condensation, but since that kit does not require such a setup, I would expect it is just for novelty purposes. I would reccomend you get a good heatsink and build your own air-cooled TEC setup. You would probably end up with lower temps for less cash.
