I'm going to be purchasing a new fan alongside my XP-90, and I was thinking I was going to go with a Panaflo, until i saw the thermaltake silent cat. The specs say it pushes 52.2CFM @ 2500RPM with only 21DBA. Is this correct? How good are these fans compared to the Panaflow L1A or M1A? How good are these fans with an XP-90?
 
They are a little bit louder than what they are rated at.
 
So how loud are they? Like 25-30DBA? Would it worth it to go with one of these over a Panaflo?
 
i use a silent cat on my XP-90. while its louder than its rated at, its still fairly quiet, i would say its in the 30 dba range, i can turn down my four 80mm silent cat case fans and it still gets drowned out by the psu fans

my comp isnt as quiet as i want it to be, it has 11 fans, but when i replaced the 4 80mm case fans and the hsf with silent cats there was a big difference
