Thermaltake SI-97...thoughts?

Has anybody had any problems with this heatsink? My motherboard does not have the holes for the mounting screws, so I think this would be a good solution.
 
Thermalright? I have one and love it. Look back a few pages for my post or search. I 7volted my Nexus 120mm exhaust an 7volted my Nexus 92mm on top of the SI-97, and it is really quiet and cools decently.
