Hey guys. I am planning on buying the Thermaltake Kandalf. My main question is "Is the front fan airflow blocked by the door when it is closed"? Is the aluminum version of the case flimsy or is it strong? If you'll have any comments please add.
It looks like the front intakes would be almost completly useless when the door is closed, because there isnt much room for air to be sucked in. the P180 is a good example of how to avoid this, because it has good space between the door and the case.
I have this case. It is a very strong design but there are some minor flaws, but these can easily be fixed. The front intake does work well when the doors are shut as there is a lot of space between the front and the doors. I very much recomend this case
i have a TT Armor and it works great for me. awesome airflow, lots of space, and only minor issues that can easily be tweaked. i have worked on a kandalf before and i beleive that the space between the front panel and the case is ample enough to allow airflow when the door is closed. go for it, its a solid case, not flimsy at all!
