OCIA has posted a review of the Thermaltake Jing CPU cooler today. According to the review, the Tt Jing strikes a perfect balance between performance and sound. You can see our evaluation here.

The “Silent by Design” tag line indicates this will likely be a quiet cooler. CPU coolers have a tendency to be either very quiet or very efficient, but hitting both can be a challenge. The Jing was noticeably absent from Thermaltake's CES lineup earlier this year so this will be our first look at this new cooler."

After the [H] review, I got it for my new i52500k build. Very nice design, though no chances of replacing the fans.
My only complaint is that the fans are controlled by little knobs on the cables running from the mobo headers to the fans. And these are very short, and therefore somewhat stiff, and it took me a while to arrange them such that they would not get suck in the fans themselves.
