Thermalright XP-90C question!

I'm going to buy a Thermalright XP-90C for my Pentium 4 2.53GHz. How many retention brackets does it come with? The review seem to show it only comes with one which has the two screw holes, where as my ASUS P4S8X only has 4 clip type bracket!
 
it comes with its own mounting system. I used it for my A64, but it came with the P4 retention system too.
