I looking to buy this because I need a heat sync that is not higher than about 100mm so I can easily pull my motherboard tray out. Is there anyone else with this similar setup that can tell me whether or not this will fit?

I know I will need to purchase the thermalright retention bracket for mounting.
 
Does anyone think it will fit on my system? Will the capacitors get in the way?
