if i were to get the true 120, and one of the scythe ultra-kaze 3000rpm fan, would the 38mm depth fan be able to work with the retention clips?

or if i were to get one of those IFX-14's will a 38mm fan work?

seems to have a lower CFM to noise ratio.

edit: found out that the ifx-14 will support a 38mm fan.

where's a good place to buy one for less than $80?
