I just recieved my Thermalright NB-1 Northbridge cooler. Wow I have never seen a better made heatsink. The fan stopped on my OEM Abit heatsink and I couldn't beat the price of 12 dollars for the NB-1 as a replacement.

If I ever went back to air-cooling my processor I know what heatsink I would buy, XP-120 baby!

There is a copper version I found after I ordered the aluminum one :rolleyes: , its more expensive though like $33 and I've never seen any one say better cooling on the N/B got them a better O/C thats why I didn't use a liquid cooler.

I only paid $24CAD for mine, so I figured an extra $10 to match it with my SP-97 wasn't too much. *shrug*
 
yeah I probably would have ordered the copper version had I realised there was one before I ordered mine. I definately would have done it if I found a price like that. Copper is cool. :cool:
