Need a new cooler to keep those CPU temps in check this summer? NikKTech seems to really like the Thermalright Archon SB-E. Here's a quote from the review:

With a price tag currently set at around USD80 inside the USA and 60Euros inside the EU the Archon SB-E CPU Cooler does not come cheap but since it features the top notch build quality Thermalright has gotten us used to over the years, offers zero clearance issues with memory modules (unless it can't fit in your tower due to its height), performs right up there with some of the best CPU Coolers in the market and outputs extremely low noise levels you can't really call it expensive.

For almost the same price which would you pick... this or a liquid block like a corsair h60?

It has been months since Newegg deactivated all of thernalright products. NCIX doesn`t seem to restock them once they are gone. What is happening with the availability of thermalright ?

Well, according to the [H]'s review of the H60, the Archon is the way to go if they are roughly the same price. http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/05/25/corsair_hydro_series_h60_liquid_cpu_cooler_review
Seems the Antec Kuhler 920 outperforms it for a $20 price increase (Newegg $99.99). Whether or not these prices are worth it are up to you. But, the 920 and H60, etc are all available now. Curious as to when this one will be as well.

Hmm.. yeah.. I just realized that. Haven't been heatsink shopping in a good while and quick browse through the resellers list on Thermalright's main page leads to some places with little inventory and hardly any selection.

It has been like this for a long time. The first explanation (or excuse) I have heard is that a large order is placed in Europe, and the allocation for the rest of the world (NA) went to zero. But it has been months and MONTHS now since I have heard that one. Still no availability on Thermalright products.
