Thermal paste

Hello Hello,
I know I asked this question before but kinda lost track of the thread.

I am swapin out the MB right now.
I only have 2 choices for paste. (cause thats what I got on hand)

IC Diamond
or
NT-H1 (paste that came with the Noctua Cooler)

Presently I have the NT-H1 on it and it ran nice and cool.
So a quick suggestion from you guys would be appreciated before I reset the cooler.

most paste is pretty close in thermals, a degree or two is the difference in most pastes...if you are extreme ocing, then perhaps there is a small difference..

personally i prefer arctic silver, but ive used random stuff in the past with few problems...

If you care about looks/resale of your processor I'd avoid the IC diamond. They say it basically polishes the heatspreader making the font unreadable; it's counter-intuitive I know but do a search and you'll see more than one report of this happening.

NT-H1 is supposed to be pretty good anyways.

Neither is conductive, so I'd go with whichever paste is easier for you to apply. I bought Arctic Silver's ceramic paste for my new build... I have no idea how well it will work since I can't get my hands on a freakin' motherboard though.
