Thermal Pad Question

So i just bought a new Phenom II 555 and plan on using the stock HSF for a while. Should i use the thermal pads that come preinstalled on it, or remove it for thermal paste? I've heard that the pads tend the adhere to the cpu after a while and makes it difficult to remove teh HSF from the cpu. So which would be better?
 
Thermal pads aren't hard to remove if you use the right chemicals. I agree with playah, though...a good thermal compound is better to use.
