I was looking for the best thermal compound to put on my new cpu when i got it so here some info for you guys and gals out there!

I got the info from hadwarelogic.com so full review is there this is just a quicknote. All condolences and appreciation goes to them

I reccomend takeing a putting a rice size drop onto the center of the heatsource. Then take a piece of thick plastic with a sharp edge and smooth out the compound. flexible acryllic works the best. this way you can see if there are any air bubbles in the compound.

I do not reccomend picking up the heatsink and then putting it back on most compounds are sticky and if you put the heatsink on then take it back off you will have a staligmite effect that will trap air bubbles.
