I got some AS3 from 3.5 years ago, it should still be useable right?
 
Is it possible for AS to speperate? If it is, then I would just go with a new tube of AS5. Plus AS5 is not nearly as conductive (electricly) as AS3.
 
I'm gonna try the AS3 and see how the temps look, and HOPEFULLY i wont have to redo it, since the CNPS-7000B AlCu requires taking off the mobo.
 
As long as you remix if very well then you should be alright.

As someone also previously mentioned I think it's more conductive than AS5 is but it's still supposed to be pretty close to NIL.
