Yah there was 1 theme alot of people where using for vista it was this free 1 it was all over dig i just got vista im trying 2 find it. It like makes the vista start menu squared instead of its round shape and looks really skinny any of u know where u can get it i seen it on this forum alot for peoples skin but i forget where.
 
There are many different themes. First, you will need to patch your system files. You can either do this manually (as explained here), or you can use the program called Vistaglazz.

BEWARE, however - as VistaGlazz is still beta for SP1, and it did fuck up one of my personal installs (thankfully it was fresh so I just reformatted again). I just reformatted last week, and had troubles manually patching my files, and VistaGlazz worked this time. That makes 2 for 3 in my experience.

But I digress: search deviant art for vista themes. My personal favorite is this one, although it currently only works on 64 bit.
