Never have seen it. Lojack is the only one I've seen work.

While I agree it is easy to remove lojack it is really for the idiot that will steal the notebook and not know enough to wipe the system.

A number of manufacturers offer the LoJack option in BIOS which is very very difficult to get around unless you are handy with a soldering iron. Lenovo and gateway/MPC are two that come to mind:
 
Was just about to say, i recall IBM being one of the best for things like this, why their laptops were prefered for buisness due to the intergrated security features
