The worst cost/performance cooler?

It's designed for a rackmount server, not for normal desktops.
 
I understand that, but I thought the $5k price tag was a little extreme for it, but its all moot now....let this die...
 
Active just means it has a fan...i.e. it's not a passive cooler. But since you answered your own question just go to thread tools at the top right and close the thread.
