As most of you may know, we love us some Apple (sometimes), but the stuff under the hood is always severely lacking for the price you pay. Gorgeous case/mods.

I wonder about the long-term safety of having blacklights in direct view like that. UVA is still bad for your eyes. Years and years ago I had a UV setup like that for a brief stint and it gave me headaches.

Nice one guess i'll have to post my own Hackintosh mod sometime here at [H]ardOCP

Id say my approach was a tad bit different, and I've just rebuild it.

Can somebody point me in the direction of where to post it ?

I'm so impressed with Threadripper that I've decided leave Mac to rebuild my PC.
Good to know I can still run Mac OS when needed.
 
I'd like to see some Xcode benchmarking. I guess this would also would with Apple's TrackPad? It's just using BlueTooth to connect. I use macOS every day and gotta say their track pad is the best I've used.
I think Phantos sells a case that kind of looks like the Apple case he used - I'd probably go with it instead. Cool video.
 
Very nice! I stopped Hackintoshing after Mavericks, but was always on Intel + nVIDIA for simplicity.

It would be amazing if apple uses threadrippers in whatever replaces their current Mac Pros.

Or maybe some ryzen in proper desktops .

Meanwhile, Hackintosh it is!

I thought the AMD guys that wrote or contributed towards the modified kernel advised people to buy Intel systems because working with a Hackintosh on AMD including Ryzen was so much trouble?
