Here's my first serious mod - it's also my webserver. Originally finished in Nov 2003, it's currently undergoing upgrades - component placement reconfiguration, new power supply, and a newer Dodge Intrepid body.

There's no reason that anyone able to measure and drill holes, polish metal, and spray paint with decent result can't build something like this. Just gotta jump in and give it a shot.

The hardest part of this job was getting the decals right. Since the toy companies can't sell products with beer logos on them to kids, there are very few items out there with Miller Lite logos on them. As such, there were no decal kits for the #2 'Cup car, so I made them myself with Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, and MS-Paint - that's right, some scanned, and some hand-drawn (well, with the computer...)

too bad rusty's retiering, rusty, mark, jarrett soon i'm sure, elliott and labonte, its sad to seem all the old guys leave. But a kickass case, both of them. Also, might as well make it a charger now if your still upgrading. Hit sites like www.masgrafx.com and www.brandsoftheworld.com for excellent resources for painting stock cars.
