I just received all my parts for my new computer from new egg. I assembled it and pushed the power button it came on and I went into the BIOS. I was looking around at the settings when my computer just powered off. I pushed the power button to turn it back on and nothing happened. I looked inside the case as I flipped the PSU switch and the green power light just flashed for a sec then went back off. I tried it again and the light didn’t even flash no fans spinning or anything. Could you shed some light on my problem? I am thinking it is the PSU.

My Specs:
AMD 4400+
Asus A8n Premium
2 gig Corsair XMS PC3200c2
1x BFG 7800GTXOC
PC Power and Cooling 510 Turbo Cooling SLI

Pull the board out of the case, strip it down to just a motherboard and PSU (no drives, RAM, video card, etc.) and flip the switch. See if the light stays on then.

I e-mailed PC Power and Cooling, they told me to do a ATX Test, the one where you stick a paper clip in the green and black wire holes. It failed the test b/c the fan on the PSU didnt come on. Hopefully they will exchange it for a working one.

That is the "Jump" referred to above, it is dead!

PC P&C has an excellent customer service reputation, please keep us posted. ;)
