I have a system which was running perfectly but from a week or so it has got a problem that after a few minutes of operation it gets rebooted and if i don;t use it then it gets hanged... like blank screen (black) will appear and nothing will happen.. and only way out is to reboot it.
System specs are
AXP 2200+
Gigabyte 7DX+ (761 chipset MB)
784 MB DDR 2100
Geforce 4 Ti 4200
60 GB ( 40 GB + 20 GB) HDD
CD RW
DVD ROM
and
Windows XP SP2
firstly i thought that its a powersupply problem and i changed the power supply but the problem persist. i also removed one HDD and CD RW to lessen the load but it doesnot effect..
do u think its the OS problem. and any tool to correct it.? i have some failed installation on it a few times.. so may be a registry streamliner is required.
